FINALLY!!!!!! GOALS REACHED!
Most of you know I had two main goals to accomplish this summer! Well, I can finally say that I have done it! First, Aiden has been potty trained for about a month now and rarely has any accidents anymore! (Hence the pic of him sleeping in big boy undies!) Second, Grady, my very stubborn Grady, is FINALLY taking a bottle!! I have been nursing him for almost a whole year now and I have tried everything I could think of to get him to take a bottle! I didn't want to nurse after he was one and his birthday is in 11 days so I cut it close! Through a very painful process it has finally worked! He still looks funny drinking the bottle since he doesn't suck on it, he puts it to the side of his mouth and chews the milk out! It's quite odd looking, but none the less he is drinking from it! I am so happy I can't even find words to express it fully! But just know that my life is pretty great right now! Victoria Secret here I come, I'm gonna need some support after almost two full years!!! :) :)

Aiden's First Dentist Trip
I know I should have started taking him to the dentist earlier but I didn't! Anyway, today was his first time going and he didn't really know what the dentist was, he just knew he would get toys by going! We get into the office and they sit him in the chair to take x rays and he is pretty shy. Then they ask him if they can take a picture of his teeth, he says "no" not yelling or screaming, just no. So she asked how many teeth he has, he says "four" can I see them she asks, he says, "no, I ate them all" You did! she says, he replies, "Yep they are all gone, I ate them all!" Don't ask me where he learns these kinds of things! It's like he's already mastered how to get out of something he doesn't want to do! The assistant and I were both laughing trying to say anything we could so he would take the picture, but to no avail! So they looked at his teeth and said that they were spaced enough to see any cavities so we moved on! Now we get into the room with the "big chair" and Aiden is pretty happy to sit in it! Then the assistant shows him that she can move it up and down! Boy did he love that! She starts to show him all of the tools she will be using to clean his teeth, she lets him touch them and gives him a drink with the water tool and so far so good! Then she puts the toothpaste on and starts brushing, and as I would have predicted he starts screaming and wanting out of the chair! She tells me we can stop if we want but the nice mom I am said he's fine and helped to hold him down while she finished brushing! After all that she shows him the drawer of toys, now he is calm again going through each toy telling her what it is! All we had left was for the dr. to look at his teeth up close so we convinced him to get back in the magic chair and after the dr. looked at his teeth he could get another toy! While the doctor is looking in his mouth he keeps trying to tell us he is going to "get an airplane in a minute" Well, the doc got done and said everything looked good! He even said I can tell he brushes his teeth each day! In my mind I was thinking "you can?" (When you have to hog tie a child to brush their teeth each day you begin to wonder if you are doing any good!) Now I know we are! He picked out some more toys and we were on our way home! He was so proud of all the stuff he got and he thanked the assistant lady about 5 times for all his "toys!" It went a lot better than I had imagined and I now know how manipulating my son can be when he really doesn't want to do something! After a long day at the dentist here he is with his stuff! Notice the floss in his hand, I knew that would last a long time!

Happy 5 year Anniversary!!!
Today is our 5 year anniversary! I can't believe it! Sometimes it seems like it went so fast and others like we've been married much longer! :) I just wanted to tell Eric how much I love him and how I love our lives together so far and look forward to many more years! He makes my life wonderful everyday and he is a wonderful father to our two boys! We all love you EJ!!
This was taken just after he proposed on the steps of sleeping beauty's castle! Does he know me or what!! It was so romantic!
I love this picture because it shows the way I was feeling most of the time when I was with Eric! We were so in love! And still are!
This is our first Halloween as a married little family!
These were our first kids! Figaro and Geppetto! Just had to throw them in here!
On our trip to california with two months to go until I popped!

Sleeping Anywhere!
Well, Kirstin is right! Kids can sleep anywhere! I got a laugh out of seeing Damon asleep on the front steps the other day! And today was Aiden's turn! He usually can keep going all day long, he is extremely cranky but none the less will keep playing away! Well, today must have been a long day! He was eating some dinner and I walk back in to find him trying to get comfortable on the kitchen chair! He finally gives that up and just goes to sleep face down on the kitchen table! I would like to say he was blessing his food, but he wasn't, he's fully asleep! I felt bad not moving him right away but then I couldn't have shared this funny moment with all of you! You gotta love kids!

Teton Trip 2008
This last weekend we went on a family reunion trip to the Tetons National Park! I myself have never been there and wasn't quite sure what to expect. After a long 6 to 7 hour drive up there with three kids (Aiden 2, Grady 10 months, and Korbin 3 months) we finally got to this beautiful place! The kids were really pretty good on the ride up by the way! I was amazed at the huge mountain peaks and the beautiful clean lakes and rivers all around them!
Here we are on the boat! Aiden would have loved to go for a swim!
Eric and Aiden stopped to enjoy the river for a minute!
What a face!!!
This is the Catmull Family! Eric's Aunt Joyce, his Dad, and Aunt Rexenne
Joyce's daughter Stephanie, Eric, his sister Lauren, and Rexenne's daughter Christie
After eating lunch by the falls we hiked back down and went back across the lake. We then went back to our cabins and had so time to take naps! All the kids were sooo tired and so were we! After we got up we went down by Jackson Lake and had a dutch oven dinner and told stories about our anncestors! We sang some songs by the fire and the boys got really dirty playing in the dirt, even Grady! We got back and we all took showers and got ready for bed! The next morning we had our own Sacrament meeting as a family and it was really special! Eric was even asked to give a talk! The whole weekend turned out to be really fun and I'm glad we were able to be part of this family tradition! I would love to go again next year! Here are some fun pics of the kids throughout the trip!
